My Visiting Tutor was founded by Grace Lee, a former New York City public and independent school teacher with extensive experience helping students strengthen their academic skills, prepare for challenging exams, and become more confident, independent learners.
Grace holds a B.S. in Biology and a Master of Philosophy (Ph.M.) in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology. Her background in both education and science allows her to combine strong subject knowledge with an individualized approach to teaching.
Grace founded My Visiting Tutor in 2012, and has worked with students across a wide range of grade levels and subjects, from elementary academics through high school mathematics, science, English Language Arts, and standardized test preparation. Her tutoring experience also includes 16 years as a tutor on Wyzant, where she maintained a five-star rating.
